Late August youβd expect a busy ice cream shop. Weβre the only ones here, this place is filthy and the ice cream looks like itβs melted and refrozen several timesβ¦. One of our orders was slabbed for a minute, the other one nothing and it was half a scoop. The worker presumably owner was nonchalant. We will never return. Iβd sooner go anywhere but this place. Gag Thereβs a reason for all the 1 stars.

Haven't had Marble Slab in a while since the one in my hometown shut down. This one was disappointing. The store was kind of dirty looking. Missing several flavors. I got vanilla ice cream with bananas and caramel. Lady cut the banana into 3 big chunks vs slicing it up and then uses caramel sauce from Walmart. Then just kind of half heartedly stirred it instead of mixing it in like most stores do. Ice cream was half melted when they handed it to me. The price online was 7.89 total. It was 9.83 in the store. It did taste good though, the banana was fresh. Wouldn't come here again.

Compared to my local Marble Slab, this one was not a great or poor experience. They were out of or did not have (as advertised) any of the flavors I wanted. Considering the fantastic location, you would think they would stay stocked up on most flavors but that is not the case. Typically I have no issues leaving an establishment if I feel it's below "standards" but I was with a friend group so I ended up ordering a random flavor that I threw away as I lost interest in the ice cream after not having 3 of my preferred flavors

Havenβt had Marble Slab in a really long time. We decided to stop and get ice cream on our way home. Walked in and i noticed the floors were really dirty. Didnβt think much of it. Itβs an ice cream shop, dirty floors happen. I ordered first. I ordered a small and so did my husband and son. My ice cream was partially melted before he even put it on the slab. Got my bowl, which was already maybe 50% melted. My husband and son finished ordering and at check out, the guy charged us for 3 regulars instead of 3 smalls (seems super sketchy to me). My son and i had a very clear discussion in front of him about him getting a small and not a regular size cup. My husband caught the βmistakeβ and told him. He kind of argued with my husband about what size we ordered but did end up charging correctly. As i was sitting waiting for my husband and son to get their ice cream, i notice something crawling on the floorβ¦. Yes it was a roach. Not the bad German kind, but a roach nonetheless. Now Iβm completely grossed out. I almost took my ice cream back to the counter but that isnβt who i am. I will say thisβ¦. The ice cream doesnβt taste the same as it used to and to top it of

My wife and I came on a whim. We originally wanted frozen yogurt from Braums but settled on Marble Slab since I had tried it before in Carrollton. After ordering our small cups with waffle cones inside, we added three scoops each and then came the price. $27! My wife's ice cream melted super fast and turned into goop before I even got mine. My raspberry topping was frozen solid and tasted stale. When finished, we realized the cones only go halfway down the cup. We also realized we were charged for regular size instead of small as we had started twice before. What a rip off. We will never be returning here. There a reason we always go to Braums.
